It authorizes the appropriation of a Supplementary sum of
Thirty thousand six hundred and nine Dollars and fifty-seven

Cents to defray further charges for the year 1912.
to which these sums are appropriated are shewn in detail in the
body of the Ordinance.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the
Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on
His behalf.
